Last year, the Fort Worth Independent School District debuted Project Prevail, a plan to increase the number of students graduating from high school ready for college or gainful employment. The message of Project Prevail is that no one group can make this happen. It takes the combined efforts of students, parents, schools, higher education, businesses, social services and the faith community.
