The firm hopes to capture legal work related to the growing construction and engineering activity in the Middle Eastern kingdom. The two lawyer office is starting with several US clients who also are newcomers to the Middle East, with the goal of also representing local participants in the frenzied Gulf construction boom. King & Spalding is the only other Atlanta law firm with a Dubai office. Kilpatrick Stockton, which has more than 500 attorneys, now has offices in 10 cities around the world.
