Are you ready for some cute animals and an even cuter Animal Planet host? Hunky Brandon McMillan is on the "Insider" set with our own Lara Spencer, and he's helping her hear the call of the wild with a few of his furry friends!
"I come from a family of wild animal trainers, so I was pretty much born and raised in the business," says Brandon. "It's not normal -- but its cool show and tell."
Whether he's face-to-face with a killer leopard, tracking vampire bats or swimming with sharks, Brandon's taking the plunge into the dark with nocturnal predators on Animal Planet's brand-new series "Night," premiering April 8 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
"Lets face the facts -- animals are much wilder at night then they are in the daytime," says Brandon.
Single and six-foot-three, the 31-year-old daredevil host smiles when asked about revealing his vocation to women, saying, "They think it's a good pick-up line, like, 'Pal, I've heard some good ones in my day, but a tiger trainer? That's over the top.'"
Of course, who would turn down a date with an opening line like that? "It works every time," he laughs.
