The Louisiana Music Hall Of Fame & The Louisiana Lottery have partnered up to promote LMHOF Inductee Al "Carnival Time" Johnson, a recent returnee to New Orleans and a new Habitat For Humanity Musicians' Village home AND The Louisiana Lottery "Here Comes The Parade" scratch-off product. All hope this to be the 1st of many jointly beneficial projects helping classic LA artists and LMHOF Inductees, the LA Lottery campaigns & keeping our funding in-state and using same to assist our endangered artists and music.
